I provide culturally responsive therapy in both English and Spanish to support individuals navigating trauma, identity, and emotional challenges with compassion and clarity. When expressing emotions feels difficult, disconnection sets in, or motivation feels out of reach, healing remains possible—and support does not have to be faced alone.
Many clients I work with feel caught in cycles of self-doubt, shame, or loneliness, particularly when bicultural stress, generational trauma, or persistent feelings of not belonging are present. However, therapy can offer a meaningful space to gently interrupt these patterns and reconnect with a sense of self-worth.
