About Divine Resilience Psychotherapy LLC

At Divine Resilience Psychotherapy LLC, I believe healing begins when you feel truly seen, supported, and understood in all parts of who you are. Therapy here honors your story, identity, culture, and lived experience so you do not have to carry life’s weight alone.

Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, identity challenges, life transitions, or relationship difficulties. Others come in feeling overwhelmed by invisible pressures such as immigration stress, generational trauma, discrimination, or the expectation to always be strong.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on real relief. You bring your lived experience and insight, and I bring clinical expertise, structure, and support. Together, we clarify what is keeping you stuck and build tools that help you feel calmer, clearer, and more confident in your everyday life.

I integrate trauma informed and evidence based approaches including EMDR, cognitive and behavioral strategies, and strength based work. EMDR can help process impactful memories so they no longer control your present. We move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable while working toward meaningful change.

Divine Resilience Psychotherapy is a culturally responsive and identity affirming practice that supports individuals from diverse backgrounds, including Black, African American, Latinx, immigrant, and multicultural communities. Your cultural values, spirituality, and personal beliefs are respected and integrated into the healing process.

If you are ready for support that feels thoughtful, grounded, and empowering, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
