I specialize in supporting clients through anxiety, depression, cultural identity exploration, relationship or social issues, self-esteem concerns, grief, and complex family dynamics (including caregiving).
I proudly identify as a Latina clinician and aspire to contribute to the destigmatization of mental health in the Latinx community and across all populations, fostering a more inclusive and accepting space for healing.
I can provide therapy in English and Spanish. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs, integrating evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness/meditation practices, emotion regulation or distress tolerance techniques, trauma-informed care practices, and narrative therapy. Above all, I strive to create a space rooted in safety, respect, empathy, and nonjudgment, where you feel validated and supported in your growth.
To best support clients with busy daytime schedules, I offer evening sessions only (after 5PM), Monday through Friday.
