In my practice I work with individuals and families of people ages 10 years and older. I help children, adolescents, and families address emotional regulation difficulties, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Similarly, I support folx cope with the stress of being the first in their families to attend college, work in a professional setting, or deal with conflicting cultural/family expectations. I help adults heal from childhood wounds or trauma, deal with major break ups, and those on the verge of burnout. I am also passionate about helping parents manage the challenges of parenting and addressing their child’s emotional needs.
