About Dayhana A. Ray, LCMHC

Hola and welcome! I’m a latinx, bilingual, first generation Domincan American. I am passionate about working with BIPOC women. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, body image/self-worth, childhood trauma, and family of origin issues. Therapy is a place of exploration and curiosity, where we work together on your goals. As your therapist, I am here to support you in making meaning of your experiences.

My therapeutic approach is holistic and trauma-focused. With a focus on social justice and mind-body connection. Through this process, I empower you to listen to your body’s wisdom. Treatment may include Constructed Awareness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brainspottiing, and somatic-based therapy.

My approach to therapy is welcoming, non-judgmental, and compassionate. I incorporate empowerment practices to support you in increasing your awareness, guiding informed change. Together, we can explore your challenges and work towards a path of healing and growth. I look forward to hearing from you.
