Cultural Identities

About Dayhana A. Ray, LCMHC

As a Latina, bilingual, first-generation Dominican American therapist, I offer culturally responsive therapy that honors your lived experience. My approach is somatic, holistic, trauma-informed, and rooted in social justice. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, trauma, attachment/developmental trauma. Therapy is a place of exploration and curiosity, where we work together on your goals. As your therapist, I am here to support you in making meaning of your experiences.

I offer a warm, affirming space where you can feel seen, supported, and understood. Together, we’ll explore your challenges, honor your story, and move toward healing and growth. If you’re ready to begin your journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
