Hola! Thank you for your interest in therapy with me. I’m Darlene Da Silva, a bilingual Spanish-speaking, bi-cultural Licensed Clinical Social Worker in CA.

As a first gen Latina, I understand and have lived many of the challenges that our comunidad experiences. Blooming SanaMente Therapy is the name of my practice, in hopes of supporting Latinx individuals BLOOM into the best version of themselves with someone who gets it! My approach is empathetic, Strength-Based, and Solution-Focused. I encourage, validate, and facilitate insight while also challenging my clients to dive deep into their healing process in order to reach their own unique desired goals.

I believe that the foundation of success in therapy begins with the therapeutic relationship, and will make every effort to provide the safe space needed to do the challenging, beneficial work that comes with therapy. As a trauma informed therapist, I incorporate mind and body practices to help support the healing of your whole self. I encourage you to reconnect with the essence of your true self, one who is well, and feels whole and complete as they are and can trust the process of life. Every part of you deserves to be nurtured and supported! In my practice, I integrate EMDR, CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Mindfulness and Somatic interventions to help address the unique challenges you may be facing.

To help make therapy services more accessible and reduce barriers related to location, distance or time, all therapy sessions can be accessed through a HIPPA secure video.
