Dear daughters of immigrants,
You learned early how to be strong.
How to carry responsibility in your body.
How to keep going, to adapt, to hold it together.
That strength has carried you far.
And it has also asked a lot of you.
At times, you may feel disconnected from yourself—
from your body, your truth, your expression.
Not because anything is wrong with you,
but because survival requires you to move away from yourself.
Now, something else is calling.
You are ready for a life that feels like yours, purposeful, fulfilled..whole.
I offer a soft, grounded space where you can come back into relationship with your body-
a place to rest, to listen, and to remember who you are beneath the armor.
In our work together, we move at the speed of safety.
Through somatic practices, body storytelling, and relational presence,
you’ll learn how to tend to your nervous system, listen to your body’s wisdom,
and build a life that honors your body, your history, and your values.
My approach is body-centered and relational, integrating somatic therapy with ancestral and lineage-aware work. Together, we explore how inherited patterns live in the body—and how choice, agency, and aliveness can be restored.
This is not about fixing you.
It is about strengthening your capacity to be with yourself.
To live from your truth.
To create a life that nourishes you as deeply as you nourish others.
This work is a remembering.
A return to the body.
A coming home—again and again.
I work with teachers, mental health professionals, caregivers, writers, artists, and change-makers who feel deeply and want to live grounded, intentional lives.
If you are seeking in-depth, attuned support and are ready to invest in your healing, I invite you to schedule a phone consultation to explore working together.
