Cultural Identities

About Daniela Childers, M.Ed., Ed.S., LMHC

Hi, I’m Daniela! You might be here because you are struggling to thrive. You feel sensitive and overwhelmed, stressed, and stuck. You might have a busy, critical mind that won’t stop thinking and worrying. Maybe you have been through an event that keeps resurfacing in your mind and you know you need help.

You are not alone. The obstacles you face might be outside of you or inside of you Often, they’re both. I know that despite what it seems sometimes: there is still time to grow new ideas, time to do what you hope to do, time to find new meaning, and time to feel better.

My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered with an emphasis on creativity and the healing power of storytelling. 🇻🇪🗺️
