My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, inviting you to take an active role in your healing while knowing you don’t have to do it alone. Drawing from existential therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and person-centered therapy, I help clients reconnect with their values, explore their purpose, and build the courage to live in alignment with what truly matters.
I believe transformation happens when we bring awareness to every part of our experience, and discovering how to respond to life with clarity and confidence. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back and nurture the strengths that will move you forward toward fulfillment.
