Many of my clients are carrying more than others realize, showing up for their families, their work, and the people who depend on them, even when it’s taking a toll. You might be dealing with anxiety, social anxiety, parenting anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or creative block, among other things. I provide individual, family, and couples therapy, along with life coaching, virtually.

My approach draws on your culture and lived experience, including years working with the Latina/o and BIPOC community, alongside evidence-based methods, creating a space where a trusting therapeutic relationship can take hold.
