Cultural Identities

About Dalia Gomez Castillo

Hola! I’m Dalia. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to begin. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and supported as you navigate whatever has brought you to therapy.

I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, and together we focus on helping you better understand what you’re going through while finding ways to move toward greater balance, clarity, and emotional well-being.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in cultural humility. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, trauma-focused therapy, and mindfulness, while tailoring our work to fit your unique experiences and goals.
