Daisy Gómez a first generation bilingual Licensed Latina Therapist, Clinical Trainer, Speaker and Adjunct Professor with over a decade of experience treating diverse populations in a variety of mental health settings in Chicago. She is the founder of Encuéntrate Counseling & Consulting.
Her specialty is helping high-achieving first generation professionals overcome anxiety, depression, burnout and heal from difficult life experiences. She firmly believes in creating a therapeutic safe space that is culturally affirming and en tu idioma–English, Espanol, y Spanglish.
As a proud Mexicana Americana, daughter de immigrants, she is extremely passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health and normalizing the use of culturally affirming trauma informed therapeutic services, mentoring, trainings, coaching and professional clinical consultations.
