About Crystal Soto. LCPC

My name is Crystal, and I offer therapeutic services. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, welcoming space where you feel safe, heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I work primarily with teens and adults, including members of the Latino community, who may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life. My approach is collaborative and personalized, meeting each client where they are and helping them build self-awareness, confidence, and healthier coping skills. Whether you are going through a difficult transition, healing from past experiences, or seeking support for your emotional well-being, I am here to walk alongside you and help you move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life. I offer services in Spanish and English, including telehealth sessions.
