About Crystal Rodriguez, ASW

If you’ve been struggling with depression, finding your place in this world, and feeling like life is not worth it, I’m here to help. We don’t have to keep pretending like everything is fine when it’s not. We don’t have to push away our feelings for the comfort of others. Living with chronic depression and suicidal ideation is hard enough. I’m here to help you find yourself again. To help you uncover all the beautiful things that make you who you are and why you’re here.

Depression and SI aren’t comfortable topics, but we’ll make it easy to talk about. Therapy with me looks like real talk, no fluff, no scripts. I’m relational in my approach and that means I show up as myself too. Expect direct, warm, and collaborative with a heap of humor because therapy doesn’t always need to be so heavy—life has that covered.

Committing to a therapist is intimidating! There’s no minimum bar for what counts as a “real problem.” If it’s taking up space in your life, that’s enough. I offer free 30-minute consultations where we can get a feel for each other, explore your concerns, goals, and any hesitations you may have. Whenever you’re ready, let’s talk!
