Hola! I am a licensed clinician with over a decade of offering healing work. I see clients in California and Nevada. My goal is to provide cultural and trauma informed sensitive care. I am holistic and humanistic in approach and believe in having spirit and intuition honoring practice. My hope is that the therapeutic process is one of connecting with yourself. Gaining new insights and stepping into change authentically and with meaning. That may look different for all, which is why it is a very personalized experience. Goals can range from wanting to work on specific symptoms, to dealing with transitions, grief, relationships, trauma or just mere self-exploration. Our human journey is a complex one and we all deserve to have guidance and education on what is happening and why. Unfortunately, we may not have gotten an education or mentoring in these ways and therapy gives you an opportunity to become informed and more aware. This then gives you the insight to move from unconscious response to more conscious and connected ways of being. Our lives, energy and time are too valuable to live and execute without consciousness. We are always capable of change and new understanding. I work with adults, but have a special understanding of immigrant and first generational issues.
