I am a Latina therapist who works with adults and teens (15+) who are seeking clarity, emotional grounding, and meaningful change. I support clients navigating anxiety, panic, trauma, grief, shame, relational challenges, and major life transitions, with attention to how patterns develop over time and in relationships.
I became a therapist because I care deeply about helping people make sense of their experiences and create meaningful change. As a Latina in an underrepresented mental health field, my own experiences with childhood trauma, anxiety, and immigration-related stress inform my work with empathy, cultural awareness, and intention. I offer therapy in Spanish (intermediate) for clients who wish to engage in their native language.
I work best with clients who are motivated to engage thoughtfully and are open to both insight and practical tools. My approach is collaborative, direct, and compassionate. Our work is active and reflective, focusing on building emotional safety, understanding what keeps you stuck, and creating change at a pace that feels intentional and sustainable. I integrate somatic therapy, attachment-based work, and evidence-based approaches including ACT, CBT, and EMDR-informed care.
I am licensed in Pennsylvania and offer telehealth across the state, as well as in-person sessions in Bethlehem, PA, and offer sliding scale/insurance claim paperwork for OON.
