Cultural Identities

About Claudia Floros, LPCC

Hi there, I’m a Latina (she/ her/ ella) attachment based therapist offering a warm, relational space for exploration and healing. My approach weaves together a psychodynamic lens with mindfulness skills to support deeper self-understanding and authentic growth.

I work with the Latine community, service members (active and retired) and LGBTQ+ navigating the impact of generational trauma, identity work, and life transitions to name a few.

Given my background, I can speak to the shared experiences I have with many of my clients from being the No- Sabo kid to the adult who uses Spanish at home with family but English with coworkers. I aim to make space for the pressure that can come from the sacrifices previous legacies have made for us to be here today while highlighting the beauty in our culture and the connectedness that can come with it. Sometimes we are the first ones to pave the road for both us and future generations to come. Together, we’ll walk that path with care — creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and safe to grow at your own pace.

My goal is to help you honor your story, explore your inner landscape, and move through life with more ease, presence, and wholeness.
