Hello, I am a bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker  in the State of Arizona.  I have more than 10 years of clinical experience working with latine, hispanic and immigrant populations. My wish is to create a safe space where individuals can work on their personal healing and growth.  I take a collaborative approach in therapy where the  assumption is that your are the expert of your life, and I am there  to support you to find the answers that are right for you. I specialize in treating trauma, depression and anxiety. I use a variety of evidence based modalities based on your needs and goals in therapy. Some of these are eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT).  I do believe in treating the whole person (mind, body and spirit) and will often integrate mindfulness based practices in the counseling sessions. I also specialize in clinical evaluations for immigration cases and will often collaborate with attorneys to make sure that I am offering the best service possible for your immigration case.
