Have you arrived at a point in your life when you know that something needs to change? You feel it in your body. Maybe it’s the pressure on your chest, the moodiness, the sleepless nights, the isolation. Maybe you’ve talked to your loved ones about it, but still nothing changes. Do you feel as if you’re living your life on autopilot? And you find yourself unsatisfied with the quality of your life and relationships?
In our journey together, we will create a safe enough space where we can explore the themes in your life that need attention. Together, we will make room to slow things down and be open to whatever emerges in the here and now. I will draw from different modalities, and will also bring curiosity, attentiveness and sometimes humor.
This process is for those we are wanting to dig deep, and also for those who are curious about therapy. Maybe you’ve used ChatGPT in the past for support, and now you’d like to give therapy a try. The therapy space is like no other space in our daily lives -that’s what makes it transformative.
In our work together we will build more emotional resilience, emotional openness, a sense of well-being, vitality and hopefulness. You will know yourself better and be reminded of your agency. In therapy, we will practice getting better at feeling a wide range of different feelings.
I have been part of the mental health field since 2018 in many different capacities. I have advanced training in group therapy and couples therapy. I enjoy and have experience working with adults, teens, families, couples and groups.
