Cultural Identities

About Christy Derolus, LCSW

As a Christian counselor, I help people navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and faith-related struggles in a way that feels both practical and meaningful. As a first-generation Latina and a mom, I understand the unique pressures that can come from family expectations, cultural identity, and trying to be everything for everyone.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, burned out, disconnected from your faith, or carrying wounds from past experiences, you don’t have to work through it alone. Therapy with me is a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and gain tools that actually fit your everyday life.

Together, we’ll work on quieting the mental noise, building confidence, strengthening your coping skills, and helping you reconnect with the version of yourself you’ve been missing. What would life look like if you finally had a space where you didn’t have to carry it all on your own?
