Hello and welcome! My name is Cheryl Perrell and I am a bilingual Spanish Speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker. After completing my B.A. in Psychology and Social Behavior at UC Irvine, I attended CSU Long Beach where I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work. My clinical experiences range from mental health outpatient programs, non-profit organizations, field-based community health, and private practice. I have helped my clients work through issues related to trauma, generational trauma, relationships, self-esteem, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, life transitions, communication issues, inner child work and stress. I ensure on creating a healing and safe space through building trust in our therapeutic relationship. My treatment approach is integrative, utilizing modalities that fit best with your goals.
