I work from various modalities/techniques including Person-Centered Theory, Solution-Focused Theory, Strengths-Based & Empowerment, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing & Motivational Enhancement Theory & Ecotherapy/Nature-Therapy. I integrate breathwork, guided imagery, art & nature.
