I believe many people carry a quiet fear that they are not good enough or that they should be doing more, achieving more, or being more. I am most passionate about working with professionals who worry about living up to others’ expectations and feel uncertain about their next steps. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions such as breakups, career challenges, insecurity, attachment and friendship issues, anxiety, depression, and that familiar feeling of “I don’t know what I’m doing with my life.” They are often high-functioning, capable, and responsible, yet deeply self-critical on the inside.
As a Latina therapist, I understand how cultural expectations, family roles, and unspoken pressures can shape how we see ourselves and move through the world. My work is relational, warm, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you can slow down, reflect, and feel understood without judgment. Together, we work to build self-compassion, confidence, and a more secure sense of self so you can begin valuing who you are, not just what you accomplish, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
