¿Qué tal? Soy Cecilia. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wisconsin. I offer online therapy to Latinx and BIPOC folx focusing on anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma recovery. My goal for 2024 is to complete my certification in EMDR to provide the most competent services in English and Spanish. As a first generation Mexican-American I have a unique understanding of “Ni de aquí ni de allá” and the toll it takes on our mental health. Culture is a huge part of our identity and makes up our values, beliefs in the world. I’m excited to be here, with all of you, and to share the knowledge I’ve gained to our community be stronger and healthier.
