Hola! I’m Brii, a bilingual (English & Spanish) psychotherapist, Board-Certified Art Therapist, and queer Latina clinician. My work is deeply rooted in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach that honors the ways culture, identity, and lived experiences shape mental health. I specialize in supporting immigrants, survivors of abuse, and creatives navigating trauma, attachment challenges, immigration stress, and major life transitions.
Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and paced to your comfort. I integrate EMDR, art therapy, somatic practices, and IFS-informed parts work to help clients process trauma, reconnect with identity, and move forward with creativity and self-compassion. My practice emphasizes safety, respect, and honoring your story — you are the expert on your experience.
Services Offered:
I create a space to slow down, feel supported, and explore your experiences without judgment. Whether you’re addressing trauma, identity questions, family or cultural expectations, or life transitions, my goal is to provide a steady, affirming, and culturally attuned space for healing.
