About Brenna Doering, LMHC | That's So Wholesome Co.

Tired of living with the shame of never feeling good enough, despite how hard you work? You’ve been called high-achieving your whole life, but inside you’re overwhelmed, burned out, and wondering why everything feels so hard. You may be navigating ADHD, autism, or AuDHD (diagnosed or not), as well as childhood trauma or emotionally immature parents—especially as a first-generation, Latina, or queer woman. You’ve learned to overfunction, people-please, and push through, but it’s no longer sustainable.

Hi, I’m Brenna! I’m a first-generation, latina, AuDHD therapist and I help women like you slow down, understand your patterns, and reconnect with your needs so you can move toward a more grounded, authentic way of being. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and neurodivergent-affirming, integrating EMDR, parts work, and mindfulness to help you process your experiences and cultivate self-compassion.

You don’t have to keep doing this alone and you don’t have to keep pretending that you’re okay when you’re not. You just have to be ready for things to be different. When you’re ready, you can schedule a free consultation to see if working together feels like the right fit.
