I provide psychotherapy, coaching, and yoga therapy services virtually. I’ve been practicing various forms of healing modalities including yoga, meditation, breathwork, & therapy since 2016, and absolutely love what I do. I’ve worked with a variety of people to reduce depression and anxiety symptoms, overcome self-doubt, deal with life transitions, and assist in changing your narrative. I utilize a variety of techniques including CBT, Mindfulness, Somatic and integrative, and person centered talk therapy. By using the person as my guide, we are better able to cater to your individual needs whether it be stress management, increasing self-worth, mind/body connection, and work/life balance.
