I’m a bilingual and bicultural Latina Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping adults find healing from traumatic experiences, deepen their relational connections, and unlock their inner strengths.
I operate from a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and intersectional lens to fully understand each person’s unique experiences and challenges. My therapeutic style is further grounded in a holistic, client-centered, and strength-based approach. My goal is to create a safe, trusting, and non-judgmental therapeutic space that promotes a deep sense of self-awareness, growth, and healing. I foster a collaborative approach to therapy with an emphasizes that you are the expert on your own life to create a treatment plan that is tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. I employ therapeutic modalities tailored to your individual needs and goals, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness practices.
