You may be building a life that looks right on paper, but find yourself wondering whether it still reflects what you want. Maybe you’re proud of the success that you’ve achieved but exhausted by work, questioning a relationship you once felt certain about, or realizing that the goals you’ve spent years working toward aren’t as rewarding as you expected.
As a Black woman with family roots in Aruba and the Dominican Republic, I bring a nuanced perspective to my work. Many of the clients I work with are exploring identity, purpose, and belonging, navigating major transitions, or reconsidering the paths they’ve chosen. For some, the stories they’ve inherited about success, family, and what life is supposed to look like can make it difficult to imagine fulfillment on their own terms. You don’t have to figure out what comes next alone.
Therapy with me is a collaborative space to slow down, get curious about what has shaped you, and find a way back to yourself. Together, we’ll make sense of the patterns, experiences, and expectations that have influenced your choices, consider what still fits, and turn deeper understanding into meaningful, sustainable change.
My more than 15 years of clinical experience across academic, medical, military, and nonprofit settings have given me a deep appreciation for how our identities and the environments we move through shape who we are. If my approach resonates with you, I offer a Free 15-minute Video Consultation so we can connect and see if working together feels like a good fit.
