Cultural Identities

About Ari Schwartz, MSW, RCSWI

Hi, I’m Ari. I grew up in Ecuador and in a multicultural household. Between that and traveling the world, I believe our background shapes who we are. That’s exactly why I believe therapy works best as a partnership where you can just be yourself. Maybe you’re at a point where you’re just “getting by,” or maybe you’re thriving in some areas but feel stuck in others. I’m here so we can collaborate on a plan to make some real ground and understand what’s holding you back.

My style is gentle and low-pressure, but I stay grounded and direct about the work. Whether we’re untangling relationship patterns, breaking family cycles, or learning to manage anxiety, I’ll hold a non-judgmental space for us to stay focused. My #1 goal is that you feel safe and comfortable from our very first session.

What I Offer: I’m passionate about helping men build emotional language—but I also work with women! We all have relationships, so I focus heavily on attachment. While my background is diverse, I recognize that I don’t know everything about your specific experience; I’m a firm believer in cultural humility, so you can definitely teach me a thing or two about your world.

Logistics & Next Steps: Finding the right therapist is a big step—good on you for starting the search. I provide virtual sessions throughout the state of Florida, making it easy to fit support into your schedule.

Insurance: I accept self pay, BCBS, Aetna, Meritain, and other major plans.

To Schedule: To schedule a session or a free 15-minute consultation, please contact Dandelion Therapy Group at 941-780-4268 (call/text) or in**@*******************up.com and ask to schedule with Ari.

SP: También ofrezco sesiones en español y estoy aquí para ayudarte.
