Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Bilingual & Bicultural Therapist
You may be used to being the strong one—showing up for others while quietly feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or hard on yourself. Perhaps you’re navigating family expectations, painful experiences, or relationship patterns that leave you feeling stuck. I believe therapy should be a place where you can finally exhale, feel understood, and make room for your own needs.
I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, as well as couples seeking greater connection and healthier communication. Together, we’ll explore how your experiences have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others, while developing tools to manage distress, strengthen boundaries, and make changes that reflect your values.
As a bilingual and bicultural Latina therapist, I recognize how culture, identity, and family dynamics influence emotional well-being. I offer therapy in English and Spanish, with particular interest in first-generation experiences, cultural identity, and the complexities of balancing personal needs with family expectations. All parts of your identity are welcome here.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed interventions, and mindfulness, tailoring our work to your needs and goals. You can expect space for honest reflection, practical strategies, and compassion as you work toward meaningful change.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Contact me to explore whether we’re a good fit and how we can work toward the changes you’re seeking.
