You’re exhausted—headaches, stomach knots, shallow breathing, and sweaty palms seem to be your new normal. Stress is taking over, making it hard to sleep, focus, or feel in control. You catch yourself overeating or doing things that no longer align with who you are. On paper, you’ve achieved so much, but it still doesn’t feel like enough. Each accomplishment brings a flicker of hope, only to be followed by self-doubt and over-analysis. You’ve been questioning yourself for as long as you can remember, and now you’re wondering, “What can I do to finally feel better?”
If you’re at the point where something has to change, therapy can be a powerful starting point. With over a decade of clinical experience, I support individuals in transforming their lives. Drawing from both personal and professional experience, I help clients experience more ease, less stress, and greater confidence.
My approach blends psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral (CBT), and person-centered therapy, tailored to meet your unique needs. I work collaboratively with clients to shift long-held core beliefs, reduce anxiety, and help them reconnect with their inner confidence.
Over the years, I’ve found a deep connection with individuals from immigrant backgrounds. As someone from an immigrant family myself, I understand the unique cultural pressures and shared struggles that often go unspoken. This connection creates a sense of safety in our work—one where you don’t have to explain the nuances of your experience or fear judgment. That safety is foundational to healing.
A theme I frequently work with—and have personally experienced—is the deep-rooted belief of never being enough. The pressure to keep going, work harder, and prove your worth can be relentless, especially in immigrant families where success is often tied to survival and validation. These beliefs don’t just weigh on us—they can make us sick.
Another theme I focus on is giving yourself permission to feel and express emotions. Many immigrant households don’t leave space for that. Together, we challenge the narrative that expressing needs or setting boundaries is selfish. Instead, we work to honor your feelings and reconnect with your voice—while still preserving meaningful family connections.
Much of our work will center on rewriting internalized messages: that resting is lazy, that perfection is the goal, that your worth is based on productivity. You are allowed to make mistakes. You are allowed to feel sad, angry, or unsure. You don’t have to earn your humanity.
My goal is to help you break free from the belief that you have to constantly prove yourself. In our work together, you’ll learn to feel safe in your own experience—to finally believe that who you are is already enough.
It is now your turn for transformation, healing, and to move in life with more ease. Contact me to schedule a free consultation.
