As a bilingual Latina therapist, I have gained experience in community mental health outpatient, private, and non-profit settings. I specialize in working and treating individuals and couples battling Trauma, Grief, Depression and Anxiety. Communities I’ve worked with include BIPOC, HIV+, LGBTQ and Gender-non Conforming, Homelessness, Grief and individuals in Recovery. I am a couples therapist with extensive training in attachment focused therapy. In addition, I see individuals who would like support in managing depression, anxiety, and trauma. As a clinician I aim to help individuals rediscover themselves and manifest empowerment through a mindful and culturally sensitive approach. I look forward to working with individuals who are seeking counseling due to life transitions, relationship related issues, grief or death of a loved one, career changes or job loss, changes to family structure (new family members or loss of members), or students. First timers to therapy are also welcome to begin their journey towards mindful living. I will use all of my work and clinical experience to help all individuals explore and navigate the benefits of individual counseling as a means to reach your individual goals.
