I’m Antonio Núñez—a bilingual Latinx therapist, U.S. military veteran, and Marriage and Family Therapy master’s graduate—with more than nine years of experience helping adults, couples, and families work through anxiety, depression, PTSD, and cultural stress. My own journey through emotional challenges and high-pressure military service showed me firsthand how resilience can be born from hardship, and inspired me to guide others toward turning pain into growth—especially within the Latinx community, where cultural identity and mental-health stigma often collide.
I combine evidence-based therapies with mindfulness and culturally affirming practices—and draw on nearly a decade of holistic training alongside Indigenous tribes in Colombia’s Amazon. This blend of approaches lets me honor your mind, body, and spirit as we explore what matters most to you and find genuine peace. Having navigated my own struggles with depression, anxiety, and addiction, I know how important it is to feel seen and heard. I’m here to offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can rediscover joy and strength.
I’m based in Costa Mesa for in-person sessions and offer flexible telehealth appointments throughout California. I provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement and sliding-scale options to make therapy accessible. Whether you’re dealing with acculturation stress, trauma, or relationship challenges, we can work in English or Spanish—whatever feels right for you.
If you’re ready to start your healing journey, give me a call at (949) 490‑0690 or send me an email for a free 30‑minute consultation. Let’s honor your story, build resilience together, and create a path toward lasting purpose and well‑being.
