I’m a bilingual therapist based in Texas with over ten years of experience across inpatient clinics, schools, and community mental health centers. I also come to this work as an immigrant and parent. These experiences shape my approach: culturally aware, grounded in everyday realities, and focused on what feels doable.

Walk and Talk Therapy in Houston
For clients in Houston’s 77077 area, I offer Walk and Talk sessions, outdoor therapy that blends gentle movement with conversation. Walking side by side can ease the pressure of face-to-face dialogue and support emotional processing in a grounded, embodied way.
How I Work
I don’t bill insurance directly. All sessions are self-pay, which allows us to focus fully on your goals, protect your privacy, and choose the approach that feels right for you, without the limitations insurance plans sometimes create.
