Hi! My name is Angela Castellanos and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I’ve been a therapist for 19 years, and have extensive training in trauma focused treatments. I have experience treating children and foster youth, ages 0-18, experiencing anxiety, ADHD/ADD, depression, PTSD, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. I have worked in school settings addressing emotional distresses that impact learning. I have treated adults experiencing depression, anxiety, substance abuse issues, and trauma related symptoms. I’m a Domestic Violence Advocate, and have treated clients working through abuse related issues. I have experience treating those impacted by Narcissistic Personality Disorder.  I am trained in early childhood trauma focused treatments, and have worked with children, ages 0-5. I have training in various play therapy, and attachment based interventions. I’m skills trained in infant massage to address early childhood trauma. I am passionate about helping others overcome challenges in life. Whether it’s a stressor that arises or an on going issues, I believe every client has the potential to thrive. I feel it’s an honor to do this work and be able to walk along side my clients on their journey to healing. Using my experience and education I meet all of my clients where they are and help them navigate to where they want to be.
