Growing up as a first generation can be quite overwhelming because there is a lot of navigating that we are doing both personally and within our familias. There are many layers unique to our experiences.

I help Brown/Latina/x/Chicana/x people release their traumas, sadness and frustrations and more that we can possibly carry from growing up first gen in a Latinx home and in this society. You will feel refreshed, hopeful, cariño, and soul growth when we embark this journey together.

I integrate ancestral knowledge and western knowledge in our work in order to reach a mind-body-emotion-spirit connection. Let's break these cycles and change up the game for ourself and future generaciones.

I also provide distant energy healing such as reiki healing/reiki therapy for those interested in that service only.
