As a therapist, I aim to provide a non-judgmental space that allows clients to feel comfortable and understood. I believe the best outcome in therapy comes from a trusting and collaborative relationship between a therapist and client. In my work, one of the main outcomes is for you to appreciate your strengths, how you have used your strengths to overcome previous challenges, and how you can use these strengths to face current and future situations. I believe you are the expert in your life and my goal is to help you understand your experience and support you in your journey. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families facing an array of challenges at different life stages. Much of my work has focused on traumatic experiences, such as domestic violence and child and adolescent sexual assault, family and relationship conflicts, and young adult life transitions.
