As the founder of Uplift Psychological Services, my goal is to uplift and inspire you to heal and create the life you were always meant to live. I am passionate about providing trauma informed care that is tailored to your individual needs. I utilize treatment strategies that have been shown to be effective for children, teens and adults to work through the walls of loneliness, fear and self destruction created by trauma and invalidation. I work with you to nourish self-love, self-compassion, and self-validation. My approach to therapy is balancing knowledge, compassion and honesty within the therapeutic relationship to facilitate and foster understanding and hope. I believe that through an exploration of one’s past experiences, present gifts and challenges and future hopes one can find clarity and direction in their path to healing and growth.
