Using trauma-informed approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Brainspotting, mindfulness, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), I tailor therapy to your unique needs. Whether you’re navigating generational trauma, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck, I will walk alongside you as you heal in a way that feels authentic and empowering.
