You don’t have to choose between honoring where you come from and becoming who you are.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, family expectations, cultural identity, migration, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can become a space to reconnect with your own stories rather than the stories others have written about you.
As a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I offer culturally grounded, narrative-informed therapy that honors your lived experiences, relationships, and cultural wisdom. Together, we create space for healing that feels authentic to you—not by “fixing” who you are, but by reconnecting with the strengths, values, and stories that already exist within you.
Many of the people I work with are first-generation adults, students, creatives, caregivers, immigrants, and members of Latinx communities who carry multiple worlds at once. They may be navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, family responsibilities, cultural expectations, identity questions, or the experience of feeling “in between.”
My approach is collaborative, curious, and deeply respectful of each person’s knowledge about their own life. My work is informed by Narrative Therapy, attachment-based approaches, psychodynamic perspectives, and community-based healing practices.
I believe healing doesn’t happen by separating ourselves from our identities—it happens by reclaiming them. Whether through conversation, storytelling, creativity, or reflection, therapy becomes an opportunity to reconnect with preferred stories of identity and resilience.
Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re used to carrying everything on your own. Whether you’re seeking support for the first time or returning to therapy, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Healing begins with a conversation, and together we’ll create a space where your story is heard, honored, and belongs.
