I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Intern with a passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges. I earned my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies from the University of Houston. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families and I take a collaborative and holistic approach, integrating mind, body, and emotional well-being into my work.
I am trained in Parts and Memory Therapy and Hypnosis and I utilize these techniques to help clients process past experiences and create meaningful change. I also draw from Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to provide practical tools for healing. I have a special interest in women’s health, but do enjoy working with diverse populations. I ensure cultural awareness and empathy in my practice. Above all, I am committed to reducing the stigma around mental health and creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered.
