Just because we have been going through life in survival mode does not mean we should have to. We also do not have to go through them alone. Seeking help is not always easy, especially when we are feeling uncertain, lost, or defeated. At times, people need some extra support to process things with, manage difficult emotions, and be comfortable in our own skin. My role as a therapist is to listen, guide, and to help you navigate through life’s challenges. My goal is to teach you healthy coping skills that will enhance current, new and past relationships. Therapy is a collaborative journey to help you move forward. I believe that the relationship we build together will create a supportive and safe place to be yourself and dive into your true healing. One of my specialties is helping clients feel understood and supported. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families of diverse cultural backgrounds.
