I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) therapy, a highly effective treatment method primarily used for reprocessing traumatic and distressing events from the past. This can be helpful to release deep rooted emotional wounds and resentment from the past. EMDR also helps to release stored tension in the body and reduce chronic pain.

I'm in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice PPO. Most co-pays are between $10-40/per session and I will verify insurance during our consultation call. I do not accept HMO plans and can provide clinical invoices if out of network to submit for partial reimbursement.
