I practice Chairwork Psychotherapy and Parts Work, which is an experiential therapy modality where we address suffering by giving voice and embodying our inner parts or selves, and engaging in imaginary dialogues with people or forces from our past, present, and future. This form of therapy is incredibly powerful and direct.
We’ve all had moments where we know something in our minds, but still fail to believe it and connect with it in our hearts. Chairwork creates that bridge that connects the head and the heart, which then allows true healing and change to happen. This experiential therapy works very well for people who have “hit a wall” in their experiences with other traditional forms of therapy. With this modality, it is possible to experience full resolution of an issue in just one session.
