🌿 Helping First-Gen Latinas Heal, Find Balance, and Reconnect With Themselves
Hi, I’m Alma — a bilingual (Spanish/English) First-Generation Latina therapist from Southern California.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected, you’re not alone. Many of the women I work with are navigating life transitions, balancing family and career, and trying to break cycles from the past — all while carrying the invisible weight of being “the strong one” for everyone else.

🧠 I Help With:
Anxiety, overthinking, and feeling “stuck in your head”
Depression and loss of motivation
Healing from childhood or relational trauma
People-pleasing, guilt, and difficulty setting boundaries
Life transitions, motherhood, and caregiving stress

💛 My Approach:
My therapy style is compassionate, collaborative, and culturally attuned. Together, we’ll explore the deeper roots of what you’re feeling while building practical tools to find calm and confidence in daily life.
I blend: CBT to help you challenge unhelpful thought patterns,
Attachment & Psychodynamic approaches to understand how early relationships shaped your present, and
Person-Centered therapy to ensure you feel safe, respected, and empowered every step of the way.

🌸 A Space for Healing
As a Latina therapist, I understand how cultural values, family expectations, and being “first-gen” can shape our mental health. Therapy is your space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself — not just survive, but feel whole again.

Let’s start with a free 20-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. You deserve support that honors both your story and your strength.

✨ Therapy Con Alma — Healing with heart and culture.
