Hi! my name is Alma and I'm so happy you're taking this courageous step and seeking support through therapy!
I am a bilingual (Spanish/ English) first generation Latina, born and raised in Southern California. I believe that our early childhood experiences and relationships shape the way in which we relate to the world and those around us. In particular, how we experience, connect and relate in our later adult relationships.
I enjoy working with individuals who have experienced past trauma and suffer with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and or are struggling through a life transition. My focus is to provide you with insight, reflection, and skills to help you meet your goals. Whether they are self-healing, self-growth, managing symptoms and feeling better or working towards the ending of old cycles and patterns that no longer serve them.
