You may be used to holding everything in while navigating stress, life transitions, or past experiences that still feel heavy. When the world doesn’t feel like a safe place, it can be difficult to know where to begin. Therapy can be a space where you’re finally able to slow down, feel heard, and start making sense of it all.
I work with children, teens, and adults, with a strong focus on supporting adolescents who have experienced trauma, life transitions, and emotional or behavioral challenges. My background in K–12 school settings has also allowed me to support teens with disabilities and mental health concerns, as well as work closely with parents to strengthen connection and understanding within the family. As a Latina, first-generation therapist, I am especially attuned to the unique challenges that can come with navigating culture, family expectations, and identity. I aim to provide a space where these experiences are honored and understood.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in meeting you where you are. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences may be impacting your present and work toward meaningful, realistic goals for your healing. I incorporate evidence-based practices such as EMDR, Flash-Technique, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and client-centered approaches, along with coping skills for anxiety, depression, anger, confidence building, and emotional regulation.
In our work together, you can expect a nonjudgmental and supportive space where you don’t have to filter your experiences. This is a place to unpack what feels overwhelming, build insight, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels empowering and authentic.
When you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I’m here to support you.
