Cultural Identities

About Alex Valdes, LMHCA

I work with individuals across the lifespan—from young children to older adults—as well as with families and couples. My clinical experience includes supporting people through life’s most challenging moments, including adjustment, caregiving, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and major transitions. As a bilingual and bicultural counselor fluent in English and Spanish, I strive to create a welcoming space where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
