About Alex Osorio, LCSW

Now offering in-person sessions in Tempe, AZ, on Mondays. Offering virtual sessions for AZ and CA clients. I currently only take insurance for CA clients. I believe that we have within us, the power to create the life we desire. We possess inner strengths and skills that can help us overcome challenges and live a fulfilled life. However, accessing this power can be an overwhelming task that may require support. Allow me to be an unbiased, compassionate and caring partner in your journey. I help individuals explore their thoughts and emotions, reframe distorted beliefs, replace unhealthy patterns and unblock past traumas. I use the therapeutic modalities of Brainspotting, Parts Work, and CBT to help you achieve your goals. I have over 10 years of experience working with college students, young professionals, justice involved teens/adults, current/former foster youth and other adults. I help clients unlock their true potential and triumph over issues of low self-esteem, impostor syndrome, depression, anxiety, trauma, difficult life transitions, relationship issues and more. I believe in the collaborative relationship between client and therapist. Developing a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me and it’s something that I take pride in doing well. Allow me to provide a safe, non-judgmental and conducive space for you to explore, grow and work on becoming the best version of yourself. Ready? Let the healing begin! Alex Osorio, LCSW
